Sculpture represents the annual football classic between The University of Alabama and Auburn University in Alabama. Winner of the game has the bragging rights within the state for the next 364 days.
For the past three years, winner of the Iron Bowl has also won the College Football BCS National Championship (Alabama 2009; Auburn 2010; Alabama 2011).
Sculpture is located on the grounds of the United States Sports Academy in Daphne, Alabama.
